Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day. Orders placed before 2:00 noon UK time,
Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays, are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed
after 2:00 noon, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are usually dispatched the next working day. Delivery
after dispatch usually takes 1-2 working days, although courier delays can occur.
Which couriers do you use?
We use tracked UK courier services selected according to parcel size, weight and destination. A tracking link
is emailed when your order is dispatched.
Is delivery free?
Yes — Free UK delivery on all orders with no minimum spend.
Do you offer weekend delivery?
Some couriers may deliver on Saturdays, but it’s not guaranteed. If you need a special arrangement, contact us.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all standard products — no questions asked.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 14 days.
How long do I have to return the item?
You have 30 days to request a return.
Once your return or exchange request has been accepted, you then have 14 additional days to send the item back to us.
My panels arrived damaged. What do I do?
Send us a photo of the damage + shipping label.
We’ll replace it immediately or offer another solution depending on your preference.
Do you accept returns on custom sizes?
We offer a 30-day voluntary returns window on standard products, in addition to your statutory rights.
Change-of-mind returns must meet our Returns & Refunds Policy. Custom-cut or bespoke products are not
eligible for change-of-mind returns.

What material are the panels made from?
Our panels are manufactured from high-density MDF, sourced from FSC-certified suppliers.
Are your panels low-emission / safe for indoor use?
Yes — we work with suppliers who are CARB / EPA TSCA Title VI certified, one of the strictest low-formaldehyde standards globally.
This means our MDF is low-emission, safe, and compliant for indoor interiors.
Do you offer samples?
Yes — we offer samples. Just message us and we’ll arrange one for you.
Are the panels moisture-resistant?
Our standard MDF is not waterproof, but is perfect for bedrooms, living rooms, hallways and most indoor spaces.
For higher-moisture areas (bathrooms, utility rooms), we also offer Green MR Moisture-Resistant MDF as an optional upgrade.
Are the panels pre-sanded?
Yes — all panels are machine-sanded for a smooth, paint-ready surface.
Are the panels paintable?
Yes — fully paintable in any colour. MDF takes paint extremely well once sealed/primed.
Can the panels be cut at home?
Yes. You can cut them using a hand saw, mitre saw, or circular saw.
Installation
How do I install the wall panels?
Installation is quick and simple:
- Apply a strong grab adhesive
- Position the panel
- Press firmly
- Allow to set
- Fill, sand, and paint
We also supply our own Rapide Grab Adhesive that you can purchase, which bonds quickly and cleanly.
Do I need a professional?
No — the system is designed for DIY installation.
Do I need to prime before painting?
You can use MDF primer or two coats of a good emulsion.
For MR MDF, seal edges before painting.
Custom Sizes, Bulk & Trade
Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes — we manufacture everything in-house and can cut to any size, any layout.
Do you offer bulk/wholesale pricing?
Yes — trade and bulk orders receive discounted rates. Contact us with your measurements.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum — order exactly what you need.

I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?
If the order hasn’t shipped yet, yes. Contact us immediately.
I received the wrong size or quantity. What should I do?
Send us a photo of the panels + the packing slip, and we’ll correct it right away.
