Shipping & Delivery
What are your lead times?
Orders placed before 12pm (Mon–Fri) are usually manufactured and dispatched the same day; custom sizes take 1–2 working days.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive next-day or within 48 hours depending on the courier.
Which couriers do you use?
We ship with Evri, Parcelforce and DHL.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently UK only, with EU shipping coming soon.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes — you have 30 days to request a return, and once approved, you have 14 more days to send the item back.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 10 days of us receiving the returned item.
Are custom-size orders returnable?
Custom-made orders are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty.
Products & Materials
Are your panels moisture-resistant?
Standard MDF is suitable for most rooms, and we also offer a Green MR moisture-resistant option for bathrooms and utility areas.
Are the panels safe and low-emission?
Yes — our MDF comes from CARB / EPA TSCA Title VI certified suppliers, which meet strict low-formaldehyde standards.
Do you offer samples?
Yes — message us and we can arrange samples for you.
Are the panels paintable?
Yes — all panels are pre-sanded, smooth and ready to paint in any colour.
Can I cut the panels at home?
Yes — they can be easily cut with a mitre saw, hand saw or circular saw.
Installation
How do I install the wall panels?
Apply grab adhesive, position the panel, press firmly and allow it to set; we also sell our own Rapide Grab Adhesive.
Do I need a professional installer?
No — our panels are DIY-friendly and easy to install.
Do I need to prime the panels before painting?
You can use MDF primer or apply two coats of good-quality wall paint.
Custom Sizes & Bulk Orders
Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes — everything is made in-house and can be cut to any size or layout.
Is there a minimum order?
No — you can order exactly what you need.
Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?
Yes — contact us with your measurements for a bulk quote.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We use Shopify Payments, supporting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Do you accept PayPal or Klarna?
Not yet — we currently accept payments only through Shopify Payments.
